International Satoyama Intiative

IPSI, the International Partnership for the Satoyama Initiative, promotes collaboration in the conservation and restoration of sustainable human-influenced natural environments (Socio-Ecological Production Landscapes and Seascapes: SEPLS) through broader global recognition of their value.

Chinese Society for Environmental Education (CSEE)

Responding to the trend of international environmental education in the 1970s, scholars and professionals who were enthusiastic about environmental protection in Chinese Taipei actively promoted environmental education. In order to integrate Chinese Taipei’s environmental education research, promotion, and lobbying, Chinese Society for Environmental Education was officially registered and established in 1993. CSEE is an NGO, arising civic actions that promote excellence in environmental education, natural resources conservation, pollution prevention, and sustainable development. We hope to engage people from academia, governmental organizations, non-governmental organizations, and the general public to work together to promote various civic actions for the excellence of environmental education, conservation of nature and resources, pollution prevention and management, and sustainable development.
